• Built by Karmann in July 1963, finished at the Porsche factory in August 1963.
• Show car for IAA 1963, the first public launch for Porsche 901.
• Registration plate: Type 901 (for promotional) and S-TC-1 (for road and test use).
• Destroyed in December 1965.
