Limited-run special version of the Fiat barchetta introduced in February 1998, produced in 2,507 individually numbered units. The barchetta Limited Edition combined classic open-top driving character with enhanced trim and equipment. It was available in specific colours including Steel Grey and Stelvio Green, and featured a canvas roof matched to the leather seat upholstery. The interior was distinguished by red or biscuit beige leather sports seats, with coordinated leather trim applied to the steering wheel, gear lever, door panels, and handles. Titanium-coloured detailing was used for the air vents and instrument surround, complemented by anthracite velour floor mats. Exterior and equipment highlights included 15-inch alloy wheels, wind stop, and fog lights. Standard features comprised ABS, central locking with electric mirrors, electric aerial, power steering, electric windows, and an RDS radio system. Safety equipment included a reinforced bodyshell structure, side-impact protection, airbags for driver and passenger, seat-belt pretensioners, and a fire prevention system. Optional equipment included manual climate control, electronic alarm system, and a body-coloured hard top.

The barchetta Limited Edition 1999 featured a refined and sporty interior with perforated leather upholstery, leather-trimmed steering wheel, gear lever gaiter, and door handles. The fascia and centre console were finished with laminate surfaces and titanium-coloured trim elements. A radio system with integrated subwoofer enhanced onboard audio quality. The exterior received subtle styling upgrades, including a front bumper with integrated spoiler, a coloured fabric soft top, and a wind-stop designed to reduce turbulence when driving with the roof down. The model was available in two specific colours: Silk Black and Racing Red. Standard equipment included central locking, electrically adjustable door mirrors, electric aerial, and fog light, while certain markets such as Germany also featured ABS and a passenger airbag as standard. Optional equipment included a climate control system, provision for a mobile phone, electronic alarm, and a body-coloured hard top with heated rear window.

Special version of the Fiat barchetta introduced in May 2001, expanding the model range alongside the Lido and Riviera variants. The barchetta Naxos was distinguished by specific exterior details in Chrome Shadow finish, including spoilers on the front and rear bumpers, alloy wheels, headlights, mirrors, and bonnet grille. The colour range comprised Rosso Corsa and additional shades such as Blu Jag, Blu Elisir, and Nero Basic. Inside, the cabin featured matching Chrome Shadow accents on trim elements, air vents, and door handles, along with a sport gear knob marked “Naxos.” The model was equipped with an advanced Hi-Fi system including RDS/EON radio, CD and MP3 player, four speakers, a 100-watt subwoofer, and an electric aerial, offering enhanced sound quality even in open-top driving conditions. The barchetta Naxos shared its general equipment and optional features with the Lido version, with an optional Chrome Shadow wind-stop available. Power was provided by a 1.8-litre 16-valve engine with variable valve timing, producing 130 hp and allowing a top speed of approximately 200 km/h. The model was priced at 19,620 Euro in Italy.
