Прощальная серия из 250 автомобилей была полностью предназначена для японского рынка. Поскольку новые фары не были сертифицированы для правостороннего движения, на "Edizione Finale" вернулись разновеликие передние фары. Спереди модель легко узнать по нехарактерной для Дельты мелкоячеистой решетке радиатора. Кузов красного цвета украшала желто-синяя полоса (цвета города Турин), а воздухозаборник на капоте был окрашен черным. На задней двери имелась табличка с указанием порядкового номера конкретного экземпляра.

The 19th Lancia Hyena produced. This was one of two Hyenas finished in Green and was based on 1992 Lancia Delta chassis #579320. Instead of the typical "Hyena" side script on the rear ¾ panels, this car features the signatures of both Elio and Gianni Zagato.
